Authentication and grading

Using the same grading guidelines as our competitors, your collectables undergo a thorough inspection by each member of our experienced Professional Grading Team, first we verify the authenticity of the card then carefully examining all aspects of your item, ensuring quality and accuracy, to deliver the highest quality standards in card grading. All graded cards will be returned to customer enclosed in a capsule and will include a Grading Certificate listing particular card details and final outcome. 

 

To get started, please click the button below. Once you have been redirected, please select the service closest to the value of the item(s) you want graded. Once you have made your selection(s), navigate to the checkout page to pre-pay for requested services. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received.

 

Once payment is received, please mail your ungraded cards using a padded envelope (or other method to prevent damage) addressed to Authenticated Sports  149 S. Home Street, Independence, Mo. 64053 within 3 business days of placing your order. 

 

**Please note: It is important that you choose the correct value of your items when ordering grading services, as this is what indicates how much your products will be insured for when being shipped back to you. Entering in an amount lower than the actual value of your items may result a in loss of compensation in the event your items are lost, damaged or stolen while in the care of third-party shipping service providers.

 

Determining factors that affect a cards’ grade are whether or not your card has/is:

Staining, marks, off-center, miscut, print defect, out-of-focus.

 Authenticated Sports will not grade cards showing signs of alteration or of questionable authenticity. A letter of explanation will be included with any items returned ungraded.

Disclaimer: Authenticated Sports is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items during transit, whether shipped to us for services (e.g. card grading) or shipped from us to customers. This includes, but is not limited to, items lost by the shipping carrier, damaged during shipping, or stolen after delivery. Customers are encouraged to insure their shipments and understand that once an item leaves our possession, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
